Overview

This Water Jug Rack has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by HomStora. The Limited Warranty provided by HomStora covers defects in material or workmanship for new HomStora water jug holders. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Consumers purchasing HomStora products from authorized HomStora retailers or resellers are the only ones eligible for coverage under our limited warranties.

What is Covered

Homstora warrants this Water Jug Rack against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows:

HomStora will replace, without charge to the consumer, the defective part(s) or, at its option, replace the entire product or a part of the product that proves to be defective due to improper workmanship and/or materials. This will be done under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance.

If HomStora is unable to provide a replacement, or if repair is not practical or cannot be made within a reasonable time, HomStora may choose to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover any issue arising from: Conditions, malfunctions, or damages not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Conditions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or alterations.

Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by HomStora.

If a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or if there are any alterations (including the removal of any component or external cover), the warranty is void.

How to File a Claim

HomStora will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product, and you follow the proper return procedure. To request warranty service, you must contact customer service via email at support@homstora.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or other documentation showing the date and place of purchase.

Repair or replacement (or, in limited circumstances, a refund of the purchase price) as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. HomStora neither assumes nor authorizes any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this product. HomStora shall not be liable to the purchaser or any other person for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the breach of this warranty or any implied warranty (including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability).

How Does Law Apply

Our warranties do not affect any additional rights that consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in our warranty statements may not apply. You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

1-year warranty for the original purchaser from an authorized retailer against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the documented date of purchase.
