Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to return your order. That’s why we have set up a 30-day return policy for you.

30 – Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You can return your purchases from us within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

(a) The item you received is damaged or contaminated in its packaging.

(b) You received defective or otherwise faulty goods.

(c) You received the wrong item.

(d) You have changed your mind and wish to return unused and opened items.

We only offer this 30-day return policy for items purchased on this site / If you purchased “HomStora” items from another seller, please refer to the return policy of the purchasing site, as such returns may be subject to seller policies that are beyond our control.

Please note that the freight is non refundable due to have changed your mind and wish to return unused and opened items, which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Return Steps

Step #1 – Contact our customer support team by filling out a contact form here within 30 days of receiving your ordered product. Please provide customer support with your full name, email, order number, and a brief explanation of why you want to return the product.

Step #2 – Our customer support team will respond to you within 3 business days and if your return request meets the terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy and Terms of Service. After you have provided us with all the necessary information, we will provide you with a return address and Return Merchandise Authorization Form. The Return Merchandise Authorization Form contains the Return Mailing Label and the Return Authorization Slip, you need to attach the Return Mailing Label to the return package and the Return Authorization Slip must be placed in the return package along with the product.

Step #3 – Repackage your product securely, send the returned product and the Return Authorization Slip to the return address given to you by our customer support team. Please note that non-defective products must be returned in unused, manufacturer’s condition, in their original and undamaged packaging.

Step #4 – Send us the tracking number of the returned package and proof of your postage payment. Please note that return shipping charges will not be refunded or reimbursed due to you have changed your mind and wish to return unused and opened items. Returns without a tracking number may be rejected by our warehouse, please make sure to use registered mail or another trackable shipping method and don’t forget to provide us with a tracking number.

Step #5 – Once we receive the returned products and inspect them, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Please note that in the case of a return due to (a)(b)(c) we will refund you 100% of the amount paid and we will cover the return shipping costs, in the case of an exchange due to (a)(b)(c) we will resend you a new bucket stand free of charge and we will cover the return and resend shipping costs.

If you change your mind and wish to return an unused and opened item, we will deduct the cost of return shipping in order to qualify for a return and the item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. Worn bucket shelf finishes will not be accepted and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please use the link above to contact us immediately or send an email to support@homstora.com.

Once the refund has been issued, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your bank statement. Refunds will be sent back to your original payment source for orders you have paid for in the past.Please note that some banks may take 1-2 weeks to process your refund, so if your funds have not yet reached your account, please contact your bank or credit card company for more information. If your bank is unable to assist, please contact us via support@homstora.com.
